I recently just closed on a very complicated deal that took months to get everything in order. Nick was there every step of the way getting stuff done. He definitely went above and beyond, including going to bat for me on many different occasions. I honestly don't think I could have closed on this deal without the help and support that I got from Nick. Nick helped me purchase the home of my dreams, after searching for nearly 12 months! I began working with Nick after I had a not-so-great experience with another realtor. Immediately, Nick started following up with me on a regular basis with condos that he felt would be a good fit, as well as gently encouraging me to explore areas a little outside of my comfort zone, which is actually where I ended up buying! His negotiating tactics are top-notch and I was able to make a strong offer that was accepted by the sellers, despite having multiple other offers on the same property. I plan to work with Nick if or when I ever decide to sell my current property.

What can I say about Mike? He was a joy to work with! I am confident in recommending him to anyone I know, whether a simple rental move across town or a more substantial move into a new house in a new area.
