Growing up in a real estate family, Nick’s passion for the industry started in high school helping manage the family rental properties. His early start allowed him to hone his skills in helping people, as well as property management, renovations, and leasing.
After graduating from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a degree in Economics, he was eager to continue a career in real estate and landed a position with one of the largest residential management companies in Boston. This position provided insight into the many different avenues of real estate. Nick realized early on that sales and marketing and the art of putting deals together is where he wanted to be.
In the past decade, Nick has become a top producing agent in Boston and the South Shore. His vast network, expert negotiation skills, and strategic marketing techniques have enabled him to continue to grow his business year after year. He prides himself on the relationships he builds with his clients and stays a helpful real estate resource for them long after the deal is done. His business is almost all referral based and he is very proud of the fact that the majority of his clients are clients and friends for life.
In his free time, Nick enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, working out, and vacationing on Martha's Vineyard.
